Leadership HCS
Informed leaders, transformed communities

Purpose: To create opportunities for a diverse group of community stakeholders to experience Hamilton County Schools in a unique way. Participants will experience both the successes and challenges of providing leading support to our students. 

Mission: To enhance the understanding of public education in Hamilton County, leading to better-informed public servants and business/civic leaders.

Program Goals:

  • Broaden participants’ knowledge of the school district
  • Increase the strength and effectiveness of our educational advocates
  • Equip participants with the skills to respond to challenges of the school district and public education
  • Provide opportunities for contact with schools, district operations and community leaders
