In the past few years, Kingdom Partners has focused on bridging the racial divide among churches here in Chattanooga.

Its latest initiative: mentoring opportunities for young people through more formal mentoring relationships involving churches and the community.

Kingdom Partners is forming the Mentoring Collective with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Chattanooga, the City of Chattanooga’s Youth and Family Development Centers, Community Forward Schools and United Way of Greater Chattanooga.

Oliver Richmond is president of Kingdom Partners.
