Request for Proposals – Subcontractors – Mentoring Training

A. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to provide mentoring training services to up to 300 hundred mentors for Kingdom Partner’s Mentoring Collective Initiative. Services requested include:

a. Creating training materials for all volunteers enrolling in a mentorship program  through the Mentoring Collective.
b. Provide training for up to 300 mentors enrolling in a mentorship program through
the Mentoring Collective.
c. Create a toolkit of mentoring best practices and forms for participating organizations.
d. Provide ongoing training to participating organizations around mentoring best practices.
e. Create data collection tools for youth in mentoring programs for outcomes reporting.
f. Assist Kingdom Partners with data aggregation for reporting purposes.

B. Instructions for Proposal Submissions.

a. Proposals must be submitted no later than Thursday, November 10th to Oliver Richmond at orichmond@kingpartners.org.
b. All inquiries concerning this RFP should be submitted to Oliver Richmond at the email address listed above.
c. All costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal will be the sole responsibility of the vendor.

C. Minimum Qualifications.

a. Eligible applications must meet the following minimum qualifications: This request is only open to organizations serving communities in the City of Chattanooga that are any of the following: (1) not-for-profit organizations (or fiscally sponsored by an organization) with 501(c)3 status (including community-based or faith-based organizations), (2) tribes or tribal organizations, (3) schools and school districts, or (4) public or governmental entities: community-based, faith-based, tribes, and tribal schools and school districts, public or governmental organizations serving communities in the city of Chattanooga.
