DESCRIPTION:Dear Faith Based Leaders –\nLast year you all indicated a specific interest in partnering with the City on homelessness and/or housing (YIGBY, transition housing, etc.). The Mayor has initiated a number of efforts on the homeless and affordable housing fronts and the results are starting to show. With the City gaining traction on these issues, the faith community has an incredible opportunity to lead the greater Chattanooga community in taking care of our neighbors and walking with them on the path to self-sufficiency.\nThe Mayor would like to invite you to a discussion on homelessness in Chattanooga.
