The funding will be provided to Faith Based Organizations and Not-for-Profits (FBO’s) that wish to develop affordable, permanent housing.\nThe funding will allow for 0% interest loans for pre-development costs of up to $10,000 and Direct Gap Funding of up to $30,000/unit for rehabilitation, and up to $50,000/unit for new construction of permanent affordable housing.\nJoin us on Saturday, November 12, 2022, 10:00 a.m. at Orchard Knob Missionary Baptist Church, 1734 East Third St., Chattanooga, TN 37404 to learn more about the program and proposal process.
